i looked up Pamela Reed to see what her son's last name is.  i found her husband directed an episode of a series i should have mentioned yesterday, the wonderful BROOKLYN BRIDGE.  Marion Ross won a well deserved emmy for her work on this show.

My Horoscope this morning says, "An investment might manifest the shades of the rainbow."

Now, what the Hell does that mean?  Where's Jrand?

As long as she doesn't let him go by Reed Reed, I think that is an honor to her parents and her family name.

I think that Pamela thought her Braodway carreer was set when she got to star in a new Neil Simon comedy.  Unfortunately, it was FOOLS.

I loved Pamela, Judd Hirsch, Martin Balsam and Gene Saks in the little seen film THE GOODBYE PEOPLE, based on the Herb Gardner play.

I never got to see BROOKLYN BRIDGE.  I think it aired on Friday nights, and I was always on stage on Fridays.

i don't remember her from clan...vace bears, which must be a good thing.  i loved the book but couldn't imagine how they could make a good movie of it.  i never imagined it would be sooo bad.

If I remember correctly, I think she played Daryl Hannah's adopted mother.

maybe that explains it's lack of viewers. air a show about a jewish family on friday night when all the "good" jews are in temple & not home to up the ratings.

I remember a failed pilot called KEEP THE FAITH, which I thought was just terrific.  It dealt with two rabbis, played by Howard Da silva and Bert Convy - and I have fond memories of the pilot show.  There was some clever stuff about the meaning of the bar mitzvah, just around the time that my bar-mitzvah  was a big part of my life.

Yes, she was very excited about finally appearing in a Broadway show and it was Simon's first real flop.
