Well, you've read the notes, the notes were noteworthy, and now it is time for you to post until the noteworthy cows come home - they're seeing a show called Moo's Company.

Topic of the Day:  I'm not really a fan of soup, but a couple of weeks ago, I bought some Campbell's Healthy Request® Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla Soup (it sounded good and they were on sale).  It was low sodium and low fat and quite good. :) According to Campbell's website:

This robust soup is inspired by a classic Mexican favorite. Bold flavors are highlighted in a medley of tender chunks of white-meat chicken, rice, red peppers, corn, black beans, and tortilla in a hearty tomato-cheese broth, seasoned with chilies, cilantro, garlic, and lime. Now seasoned with lower sodium natural sea salt for gourmet flavor - and has 40% less sodium than our regular product.

DR JoseSPiano -

You do seem to have a thing for fellows named "Steve"!

Thanks for the photos - and nice haircut, by the way.

Congratulations to DB Jay.

And thanks very much for sharing Walsh's "commandments."

TOD:  My favorite soup is my husband's own Butternut Squash Soup.  It makes me riant [WOD].

I can't share the recipe because he just improvises.  But it is darn tasty!

Hi folks,

Soup sounds good with as cold as it has suddenly turned.   We are at 56 degrees as I type this .  That wouldn't be so bad if we weren't in the 70's just yesterday.

All I need right now is catch a cold.  :( I broke out the stage 3 jacket.  (Sweater, light jacket, medium heavy jacket, heavy jacket, light coat, heavy coat, heavy coat with thermals worn--in case you were wondering) :D

I make a mixed up bean soup with ham this is pretty good.  I'd like somereceipes.  I want to make a good onion soup but I'm not sure how.

Gotta scoot to work!

Have a wonderful day all!

I also love good squash or pumpkin soup.

Anthony's mother makes a wonderful Pasta e Fagioli (Pasta and Bean) soup.
