Just catching up after a few hours at the tax office.  Finished preparing a majorly complicated tax return that took close to two full days to prepare, then was able to do three more smaller returns.

Home prices are holding the best in Portland.  Hopefully that means Bryan will sell his loft for a fair value in a short time.  Come August he is moving.

I was telling Keith how the hard hail hit just as I was stuffing the bulky mail from the box into the front pouch of my sweatshirt (not an easy task when extra layers of clothing over the sweatshirt).  Keith looked at me and laughed.  It didn’t hail here, only at the mailbox.

That could also explain why there wasn't rain for 2/3 of my walk, only as I approached the mailbox and as I left it.

That's for sure!  Selling a house is not fun.  I speak from too much experience.  So far we have sold 8 homes.  Two we did without a Realtor.  Of course those were sold in a sellers market.  A couple were purchased by the company Keith worked for due to a buyers market.  We found when they buyers know you are being relocated, they wait to see if the house doesn't sell so they can buy it for less later on.

My g...d its hailing now!  There is a heavy layer of ice crystals on the deck.  I'm glad it wasn't like this when I was at the mailbox.

LOL-Me too Ginny.  The hail has turned to snow.  I took a couple of photos first.  Hopefully they turned out and I can post them later.

Keith was just out on the deck and said it looks as if someone dropped a thousand pound bag of saltrock.

How can we still be on Page Six?  You would think it was the first of March.

Page six?  I am attempting to watch a motion picture called The Amateurs (aka The Moguls) a film made in 2005 and finally released for a day or two in November 2007.  It is one of the all-time worst movies ever made, about a group of small town idiots who decided to make a porno to make some dough.  Needless to say, there is a funny film on this subject, but this one has not one laugh.

You need to watch a better movie, BK.

For instance, I am watching DINOSAURUS (196o), it is great fun and features two of the hairiest and handsomest leading men I have ever seen (I do believe I now have two new favorite actors!)

The close up of the large crystals on the deck looks like a carpet.

This doesn't show off the the results of our two minutes of hail but it is more interesting than a white layer of carpet ;D

Since I have no intention of shaving mine, perhaps DR Cillaliz could contemplate growing one. . . . :o
