Post 84 seems to have the bugaboo - Just modify it, no need to delete - or then this post will not make sense. ;)

Yes, Jane...it looks like you have a quote within a quote, but only one end quote.  Does that make sense??

...And now I'm thinking I may head out to the museums this afternoon.  Or maybe even stay in and do some baking.  Hmm..

DR Jose:  Do you know a trombonist named Paul Arbogast?

DR Ron Pulliam - Yes, I do know Paul.  Well, I know we've met, and most likely worked together before.  -Why do you ask?

I now must take a shower and go to work for a few hours.  I want to make up some time that I lost with rehearsals and being sick.

Today is the first day that I didn't wake up needing to cough!!  I'm REALLY hoping that this is the beginning of the end of the ickyness!! :D

Well that's ONE way to get thinner!  ;)  Perhaps Jane should leave her quote as is...

Our DS Rob's girlfriend is one of the dancers in

THIS REHEARSAL VIDEO

She's the one in the lavender outfit with cropped pants.

Unfortunately there wasn't much movement in my video.  I'll try again later.  DS Rob's girlfriend is lovely.

Jose, I would want to go home too.  In fact I do.  I want to go see my grand-nephew.  I don't drive 10 hours plus on my own, so the trip will have to wait.

TOD:  The Rainmaker, The Swimmer (and whatever the movie he did with Marlene Dietrich and John Wayne- what a strange combination).   Those are the first to occur to me-- he was a very talented man (and a nice one, from what I gather).

While DRLaura is out of town, I am depending on the kindness of strangers (which means the men in white coats will take me away at the end of the film).  Oh well..... :-[

...And it's also kind of nice right now outside here in NYC.  The sun finally broke through all the gray earlier while I was walking around.  Of course, it's supposed to get a little rainy and drizzly later tonight, so... It's nice while it's lasting.

He is the half-brother of my friend Erin Arbogast who has cut my hair the past 14 years. I was telling her this morning your story about "Timmy" and we had a good laugh.  I mentioned you play piano for Broadway folks, and she told me her half-brother was a pit trombonist.

Thanks to DRs George, Jane, and TCB for watching and commenting favorably on the video of Mary Linda.  Yes, Jane, it was a little "glitchy" the first time I tried to watch it, too.  I imagine it's giving my mother fits - she's on a dial-up connection.

DR Jose - thanks for the cute photos of your nieces and nephew!  We have a great-nephew in northern Ohio who was born in December.  We have yet to meet him, but I admire the photo of him and his big brother every day (it's on our refrigerator door!).

Ah, gotcha.  Well... If I happen to run into Paul, I'll be sure get a lock of his hair next time.

BK mentioned the other day that he's been after me to move back to LA--"I'll give you a knuckle sandwich if you don't get your butt cheeks back to LA where they belong!" in BK-speak. This has gone on for some time. I told him I had a few projects to finish up here on the East Coast. But BK is not known for his patience. In fact, I woke up one morning to some commotion outside. I looked out the window and lo and behold there was a FOR SALE sign on my house and people queueing up for an Open House! And me still in my jammies! Oh, dear!

My butt cheeks seem to be in great demand in LA. As for the rest of me--the non-butt-cheeks part (NBC)--well, that part is still deliberating. "Perhaps we'll just stay here in the East." Now, if my butt cheeks are in LA and the rest of me stays here, does that make me bicoastal? Bicorporal? Bi________??? And, once in LA, will my butt cheeks will need a place to live. Will they be able to get a reduction in rent? After all, it's only my butt cheeks. You see, I have much to ponder.
