Last night I watched A RAGE TO LIVE...wow...I just love Suzanne Pleshette, and this role was certainly different then her role in, say, GEISHA BOY! And Ben Gazzara should not have been allowed to go "commando" in this movie...it was very distracting.

The cast was wonderful...Bethel Leslie (such a strange looking woman), Linden Chiles (yummy!), Mark Goddard (evil and yummy)...and, I had forgotten how yummy Peter Graves was....hmmmm...I maybe I am starting to have a rage to live!

He went commando in other films.  It changed my whole life!

Darn! I missed A RAGE TO LIVE! I'm terrible at remembering when things are on, and end up watching crap. (Well, in this case it was TLC...I'm trying to at least watch one episode of the various shows I'm dealing with...)

We just went out and took a nice long walk to Starbucks. Our neighborhood group president goes there once a month for an informal get-together in case anyone wants to talk about stuff in the 'hood. We met some nearby neighbors and are going to plan a progressive dinner with them. Should be a fun way to meet some more folks!

It was fun walking in the snow flurries.

I didn't realize that BRONSON was a flop. When it aired, I thought it was the best show ever and that Bronson had the coolest life, traveling all over the country on his motorcycle, doing good and then driving off into the sunset like the Lone Ranger.

IIRC, this was the first TV series to shoot on location, in various western states.

Saturday Snow Day morning greetings!  Our county is now on a Level 3 snow emergency, which means:

All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be driving during this condition unless it is absolutely necessary or a personal emergency exists. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report for work. Anyone traveling on the roads may subject themselves to arrest.

Do they actually arrest people for driving in the snow?

Daybreak
And We Were Lovers
Green Leaves of Summer
Give a Damn
Time of Our Lives
Can't Help Falling in Love
Seasons of Love
Baby Elephant Walk
Nikki
Rhythm of Life
Light Sings

That's a lot of choral arranging, if I do say so myself.  :)

Is GIVE A DAMN the Spanky and Our Gang song from the 60s?

And here's the same corner from the opposite direction, from the window in the family room.

Lots of room for the homeless to encamp...have you considered inviting them home until the Library goes back on normal hours?

The least of my concerns today, DR der Brucer!  That sounds hard-hearted, I know, and I don't deny that homelessness is a huge problem in Dayton.  But, I keep telling our administration that it's NOT the library's problem to solve.

And I'm sure they don't listen - after all, they don't camp out in the Admin Offices.
