"Family" is the perfect word: Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in!

We here at HHW aim to please.  Perfection is merely a repercussion.

Since there are other non-football (US) fans around here, my work anecdote of the day:

Store manager Teri queried into our walkie-talkies, "Does anyone remember what teams played in this year's Super Bowl and who won?"
After a three minute lull, I responded, "The Patriots and The Giants, with The Giants winning."
Not missing a beat, Teri responded back, "You're the LAST person I expected to know that; you continually surprise me."

Good Evening!

I'm back from Becco...  So...

-A table of eight - six men (all gay), and two women (a mother and her daughter, but very 'with it').
-A very cool waitress who managed to come by the table just as one of said something a little "too personal".
-Cocktails beforehand.
-Two bottles of a scrumptious Barbera D'Asti.
-A complimentary bottle of Brachetto.
-And a Tanqueray & Tonic at Vlada (one of NYC's "special interest" establishments)...

Needless to say, it was quite a fun evening... And I wouldn't be surprised if all of us were banned from Becco after tonight.  ;)

What's that old joke about tight ends and wide receivers?

Gosh, I'm flattered. Should I be thinking about switching teams?

Thanks!!  Tonight's show went fairly well...it seemed a bit slow and the audience wasn't too responsive during the show, but at the end, there was applause and a spontaneous standing ovation.  I think they audience actually really liked it.  They just didn't show it during the show. :)
