VERISIMILITUDE
« on: April 10, 2008, 12:08:48 AM »

Well, you've read the notes, the notes had verisimilitude, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - frankly they're having a little attitude about the verisimilitude.

I'm listening to my iPod and printing.  I think I'm down to the last forty orders or so, but I'm hoping the morning will bring more and more and more.

How very prescient of me!  I used the word "verisimilitude" in reviewing bk's latest novel at Amazon.  And yes, it is a b*tch to type!

I have been trying to think of other means of publicizing Evening Primrose.  I'm sure when it's released and people start writing about it on the Internet, that will spur other people to order it.  If there are any copies left at that point.

WOW!  My walk with Zach this morning was very noir-ish.  Very streetlamp through the dark, thick fog-ish.

I spent the weekend chatting with and listening to DR Pogue's close and personal friend Harlan Ellison

Unfortunately Dr Rodzinski's former castmate Debbie Rochan was a no show

Concatenation, which is

1. the act of concatenating.
2. the state of being concatenated; connection, as in a chain.
3. a series of interconnected or interdependent things or events.

SHOW ME

Missouri is the "Show Me" state.

DR MBarnum was considering relocating there until he found out that it didn't mean what he thought it did.

Good morning, all! I have a huge vocabulary and at this moment I can't think of a single word! I need to go back and reread my notes on BABES and LADY OF THE S.LIPPER. All I can think of at the moment are cacophonous and steatopygian.

So, today I have some writing on critical notes and a trip to NYPL at 11 to check on 1913 Chicago newspapers. After that, Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn have a play date with me.

Last night I watched TOP CHEF, and the fireworks have finally begun, which is all for the good.

Someone on one of the message boards is reporting that into act II of Curtains last night, the sound system went out.  The company decided to finish the show acoustically, to great success, apparently.  :)
