Well, you've read the notes, the notes had waxy nostalgia build up, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently posting on Web TV.

Am I an old prude, or does this AP photo show some immodesty?

LA TIMES

Quote
"We continue to import their junk with the lead paint on them and the poisoned pet food and export . . . jobs to places where you can pay workers a dollar a month to turn out the stuff that we're buying from Wal-Mart. So I think our relationship with China has certainly changed. I think they're basically the same bunch of goons and thugs they've been for the last 50 years."

Shame on Fox News!

Oh, wait, that was a CNN commentator.

A confectionery fashioned like the Earth, made of truffle chocolates is displayed for the upcoming 25th National Confectionary Exposition in Japan on April 17. The giant sweet consists of over 35,000 truffles, has a diameter of three meters and weighing over 1,660 lbs. The expo will be held from April 18 until May 11 around Himeji castle.

Good morning, all! Back to Ellington. I was bitching about this lousy job to Bruce Pomahac, and his wise advice was, then you just have to finish it and go on with your life. I am trying.

I have nada to report beyond that. I will be glad when I finish.

No, I've seen nothing about the casting beyond Cassidy, Jones, Graae and Vroman, and Ric Ryder from you.  I love Mary Stout.

I cannot believe that you guys had the TORCHWOOD season finale, and they haven't even started playing it here. :(
Hopefully after hockey season.

BTw, i have not followed hockey in a long while ( i used to be a huge fan when i was a teenager). But last night i watched part of what could have been the final game in the Canadiens (montreal)/boston game. How sad. :(

Canadiens fever is really crazy here right now. I'd say 1 in 10 cars have flags on the car.

PassOver + One.

Wow - what a shopping trip for DR JOSE and what a bargain for DR GEORGE!!!

I love HDTV - and of course hopefully the programming will improve so that we will have something worth watching in High Definition!

I also had a friend that used WEB Tv for a long time.  I could not use it, because I wanted to watch TV while working on the inner net.  Multi tasking as it were.

The Interrupted Dial Tone - wasn't that an Alfred Hitchcock episode?

Last night I watched a DVD of Marlene Dietrich Live in London, 1972.

Ms Marlene was stunning to look at when she stood still, but not so steady on her feet.  Interesting to see.

Thnaks to youtube, been getting reacquainted with one of my favorite pop songs of the 1980's, "I Hear Talk" sung by Bucks Fizz.  That was pre-internet, and while I still don't understand the whole song, this part of the lyric hit me like a ton of bricks about things we say here on the internet:

If you don’t wanna headline better use your head
‘Cause I heard someone say something you said

Good morning!

Beautiful day here. They were predicting showers again, but I don't see it now. It's just beautiful blue sky with a few puffy clouds. High in the mid-70s again.

I find there's plenty of quality HDTV programming, DR JRand. And more shows coming back from their strike induced hiatuses this week adds to my pleasure.
