It was most enjoyable also to read the names of the cast/crew members in the Chance Production of THE BRAIN FROM PLANET EX (no royalties, no payment to the director) - and put those names to the faces in the faux-toes.

I hope The Chance knows what a deal they got with this production.

Fred, Ant is very glad you liked the card. It's his newest creation.

There was no Red Velvet Cake picture from Friday (at Chat and Chew) because Cilla didn't have her camera out but, Jane, it did have wonderful cream cheese frosting.

Funny how satisfied I feel just knowing the cake had wonderful cream cheese frosting.:D

Might we have a photo of Ant's latest creation?

I bought the soaps at a booth near the Tribeca Film Festival. Here's the website if you like them.

My DH should be home from Savannah in time to join me on the tour. He interviewed Johnny Mercer's niece, so I should be hearing some interesting stories, including his affair with Judy Garland. (Talked about after the camera was packed away!)

Your husband had an affair with Judy Garland?  He doesn't look that old.

DR Ginny, are you registered at classmates?  I contacted everyone who was registered regarding our reunion.  Of course they had to have their email info current in order to receive my message.

Do not confuse this cuddly fellow with its cousin, the Giant Cloud Rat which has been found in Portland Oregon.

I'm up!  I was really tired last night.  i have to say both IN THE HEIGHTS and AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY were really good.

DR Ben, you were right, my family is no where near THAT dysfunctional.  Actually during the second intermission I heard a women in the audience say..."Wow, I was thinking that MY family was bad. This changes those thoughts completely".

Cillaliz, I have not seen either of the plays of which you speak, but if you want to see dysfunctional, watch SHAMELESS, available from Netflix. It gives new meaning to the word.

Amy's Breads won't have Monkey Cake until 3:00 PM.  So, with my schedule today, I don't think I'll get there. I did get a wonderful piece of carrot cake and yes, DR Jane, it has cream cheese frosting!

Go after the matinee of Curtains - before you sup with Rupert.  Or both you and Rupert could have a Monkey Cake appetizer at Amy's Bread before dinner.

We've had more scheduling postings for the Seattle/issaquah get-together than the Pope's visit.  :) :) :)

I thought of that. I have a little time between the matinee and dinner so I may get some then and have it later tonight or in the morning before I leave.  Since he's talkiing steak and lobster, I want to save room for dinner.

No, TCB. Cop a soap is when you take one from your hotel room.

If you soap a dirty cop, does he then become a clean cop?

FJL, I sent a note to George this morning.  I thought we had decided on the 16th, but I am pretty sure we can do whatever fits your schedule.
