Well, you've read the notes, the notes managed to escape the black hole of Calcutta, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently in the black hole of Calcutta driving around.
As it turns out, those cows wouldn't have been driving anywhere if they were in the original Black Hole of Calcutta.

The Black Hole of Calcutta was a prison cell measuring 14 by 18 feet  (252 square feet).  Reputedly, in 1756 some 146 British troops and such were stuffed into said prison cell for an overnight stay.  Of those 146 prisoners, 123 reputedly died that night from suffocation, heat exhaustion, and crushing.

No room for cows.  No room for cars.

Personally, I have doubts about the story.  I remember seeing that many dancers crowd onto a similar sized dance floor during the height of the disco era with no ill effects.

DR S Woody that was very funny!

I am going to go now to eat (i am hungry). And i think i may watch the 3rd episode of Season Two of DEXTER. I am finding a bit more gore (vs the CBS version).

I also started an episode of a new show called STEP IT UP AND DANCE. I'm not sure how far along this is in the US. But i didn't think we got it in Canada. But i just saw that it is on the W network (although they are on episode 4 the STOMP one, so i missed the others).

I think this week also starts SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (one of my favorites). And i notice the SUPERMODEL show (can't remember the exact name) will air here starting this wed in the AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL slot. Looking forward to that.

I've finished revising Nudie Musical - doing all sorts of little things - additions, subtractions, fixes, and I finished an act two ballad rewrite - wasn't happy with the original tune or lyric and it's much better now.  Most importantly, I think I fixed the finale so that it's much more theatrical and fun - it involves a reprise of one of the songs (one of the new songs), and I think it's fun.

Well, if she was on THE VIEW and all but confirmed it, then it's not a spoiler and hence no need for a spoiler space. Eva Longoria has also all but said the same thing, and that was two weeks ago. Again, after that long a time, it ceases being a spoiler when it's a matter of public record.

Now, I'm going to head downstairs, clean the guest bath, put up my folded laundry, and then head back to the den theater for more adventures with David Vincent.

Dear BK,

This is a stupid question, but will there be nudity in TFNM?

Along with the usual challenges at work, I have a new one.

Kerri, who is young and pert and perky and young and cute and young ... How young is Kerri?  She has no idea who a lot of the stars of the past are.  She simply cannot identify them by name, or if she has ever seen them in their signature roles.  She is not alone in this, it turns out.  Several of my coworkers who are her age cannot identify such people as Doris Day or Gregory Peck.  It's startling, but true.  The stars of yesteryear are simply beyond the range of these youngsters' radar.

I have determined to change this.  I'm going to start loaning her some DVDs from our collection.  One at a time, so as to not burn her out by going too fast.  I'm thinking of starting with Singin' In the Rain - what better than a film that is about the film industry itself, and at a significant turning point in the industry's history.

I'm pretty sure that in the future I'll be loaning her such films as:
The Adventures of Robin Hood
Casablanca
Auntie Mame
The Music Man
To Kill a Mockingbird
I just don't have a clue as to any order, or what I'll be following these selections with.

The good news is that Kerri seems to be interested.  This could be fun!

ANOTHER THIN MAN
DEATH ON THE NILE
