I got off work at 2:00 p.m. as usual, and I spent the next two hours chasing buses.  No, I haven't been nibbling on the Purina.  My MultiCare ads have started appearing on the sides of buses around Pierce County.  I saw one this afternoon.  So, I drove home, got my camera, and went hunting.  I have never had my picture on a bus before!  Naturally, with camera in hand, I couldn't find one of the ads.

I am really hungry and will be going out to get some food shortly - WHAT food is the question.  Meanwhile, I think the electrical work will be going on for quite some time this evening, but he is hoping to finish it.  This house's wiring was so inept it's not even comical.

DR Jose, Jo and I have been laughing at the Lifetime channel all evening. I have seen a Pizza Hut commercial at least 15 times in the past few hours for "Pizza Mia," with a young man in a blue shirt and I swear I know who the actor is. And I cannot think of who it is! I've most likely seen him in something but I suspect you might know him.  

So, tomorrow I'm going to run around a bit with Jo, come back here and pack and head out to Dayton around 1 pm. Get those vibes ready.

BK, if HHW were a bed bug preventative, I would not have two months of hell. I do wish DR Jason would return to us, but I wish the bed bugs on no one. Well, maybe Lady Macbeth.

Richard and I had a lovely afternoon, seeing the new Indiana Jones movie, shopping at Barnes & Noble, eating dinner at Culver's, and visiting with my Mom.

At B&N, I did indeed get a copy of the new South Pacific recording, which is glorious.  Also, the Boston Symphony Swan Lake, so I can prepare to see Rob's girlfriend as a featured dancer in CCM's production this coming weekend, and a copy of Pete Hamill's Forever, highly recommended by DR Elmore.

At Culver's, Richard and I each had a burger and fries, then he had a small blueberry/strawberry sundae and I had a small caramel/cashew sundae.  We took my Mom a concrete cooler made of vanilla frozen custard with peanut butter topping swirled in.  She needed a pick-me-up, because she'd just received a phone call with a not very good prognosis for her next-door neighbor.

Thanks, DR Ron! Unfortunately, the storm bypassed ud and we got just enough drizzle to make things humid but not enough to do any good. More storms are forecast tomorrow, so maybe...

After all these tornadoes have stormed through Georgia, I'm always grateful that we didn't get hit hard. But at the same time, I wish we would get a couple of good rainfalls!

Dracula - DVD and CD
Poseidon - an upside down musical.

No doubt Dr George has these already.  They are a surprise gift from a friend. I hope my very basic French will help a little in following the "plot" of the Canadian musical "Dracula - Entre L'amour at la morte".

TOD: I don't know if it qualifies, but I always loved Disney's "The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh" 3 part series. Kind of a variation on Robin Hood, which I've loved in all of its incarnations.
