AMAZING talent.

I recommend her CDs to anyone interested in theatre music.

Thanks Kerry, Yes, it's a marathon and I accepted having only 2 months to prepare. It's fine. The trial is all falling into place as they always do when you put in enough time preparing. I've had lots of jury trials over the years, probably at least 40-50 or so. I don't keep track. I appreciate your advice and am doing exactly that.
Edith mentioned yesterday that I work well under pressure and that's really true. I need the normal getting ready for trial pressure to really help me focus, the other stuff I have told people in no uncertain terms that I am not talking to them or dealing with that now.

That's just a front, an act. He absolutely adores me. While I was E and T, he was sending me PMs at least twice a day, begging me to return, saying he couldn't live another day without one of my gratuitous postings -- those PMs read like pages out of a romance novel, I'm telling ya ...

Thanks DR Jose. I took advantage of the excuse of my painters having to leave both my front and back door open so they could dry to bring a couple boxes of trial stuff home and review some depos but in a comfortable relaxed environment with the girls.

We had a pretrial conference this morning. I still have lots to do, but am really right on track for where I should be right now.

However, I do appreciate the reminders to breathe.

I love the show.

I've been fortunate enough to see Judi Conelli in "Sweeney Todd" and in "Sunset Boulevard".

So, I was at the County Courthouse wearing the same shoes I was wearing when I wiped out in the Federal Building during my last trial and ....no I didn't fall, but I stumbled, bumbled and managed to recover without hitting the floor. The biggest problem is that i sort of strained a muscle in the process. I love those shoes, but am thinking maybe it's time to quit wearing them
