But I wanted to report that the early bird gets the worm! Despite NO copies being available on Amazon yesterday, I snagged two used books today from Amazon MarketPlace - for what I thought were quite reasonable prices. I've been looking for these for some time: the book on Meredith Willson (But He Doesn't Know the Territory) and Robert Russell Bennett's book on orchestration, Musically Speaking.

Good morning, all! I slept in and now the laundry, which I postponed from yesterday, is in the washers, and I'm trying a lactose tolerant brand of milk with my coffee today to see how my body reacts to it.

TOD: Since I know most campaign wishes die in term, I don't know how much of Al Gore's interests would have been realized; I don't think gas would be at its high rates for the past 4 years, and I believe that 9/11 would still have occurred. I like to hope the response wouldn't have been the lies and actions taken by the current administration.
