Good morning, all!  I have very little to report so far. I've got the bedding in the laundromat down the street and this morning I'm winterizing my bedding.  I know that as soon as I do Indian summer will strike and I'll be sorry I did this.

At 11 I have a long call with a copyist friend about the likes, dislikes and corrections to the HUCK FINN score. Tonight, I'm having dinner with my friend Bruce Pomahac at O'Neal's and then we're seeing this Schmidt-Jones tribute at Merkin Hall.

It's time to spray a bit of pesticide around the apartment before I head back to the laundromat.

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up... But I'm pretty sure I'll be heading back to bed to grab a few more winks.  Although, since I'm still in bed I won't have to head back there. ;)

Nah, DR JoseSPiano - now that I am an older and jaded adult, I get enough of that in going to my day job every day.    :-\

BK, the guy hanging out with Denny all that long was probably just one of those Edgar Rice Burroughs' pals, keeping him company, you probably could have gone up to him.  Will we see any pictures of the crowd?  How does Ms. Steele look?

As for LIFE being on 2 mondays and also on fridays.

The reason why i was confused is because on Global (the canadian channel i watch it on) there was no mention at the end of the shows which days it would be on.

I really think they should have done 2 mondays and then moved it to fridays. IT is too confusing to do monday and friday in the same week (they should have repeated the monday show on friday if they wanted to show it that day).

Hopefully on NBC they explained it better at the end of the shows.

BK re: DR Jose's comments about your weight loss and your body going into starvation mode.

I could be mistaken but i would think that it's not because you're not eating enough calories. But rather the one meal a day thing. I'm not sure if you really do that. But as DR Elmore's success shows more small meals a day is much better for your body.

To me it seems like the reason you are losing weight is because of all the exercise you're getting. BUt it would probably help so much more if you had a bunch of little meals vs only one meal a day (which is so bad for your body).

Personally i'm still not at my goal. But a lot of my clothes are fitting. so i've been splurging on the weekends quite a bit. My mom made chicken noodle soup. And her and my niece made chocolate chip cookies. Very yummy!

Tonight on tv:

NBC has CHUCK, HEROES, LIFE

and on ABC we have 2 hours of DANCING WITH THE STARS.

No Gossip Girl or One Tree Hill.
