I am feeling a bit better, and I've noticed that my mucous is no longer "colorful", so that's a very good thing.  -Sorry for being so graphic.  ;)

Probably have to stop watching this debate - I'm starting to be tempted to hurl something at the TV.

Tomorrow morning, I'm meeting a friend for some coffee and some chat.  Well, actually it will be an interview.  She's a writer for the local Arts paper here in Richmond, and she wants to do a feature on me.  So... Should be fun.  :)

It looks like my Mom will be moved to her recovery room sometime tomorrow, and once that happens, then I'll be able to see her.  :)

*She did ask if it was all right for her to stay up tonight to watch the debate in her room in ICU... ;)

And right afterwards, the current Democrat governor and the Republican challenger will have a debate.  Oh, joy.

I've been flipping channels, going to TCM to watch Bringing Up Baby when the debate got too much to bear.  I'll vote for Kate and Cary any day.

I was planning on watching the rebroadcast of the "Project Runway" finale later tonight, but I have a feeling I may be asleep by then.  We shall see.

Well, it's time for me to head home.  I don't think I'll watch what's left of the debate.  Nor will I watch the gubernatorial debate...but that's just me. ;)

Until later!

Good news about your mom, DR Jose!  Kate (the nurse?) better check her blood pressure if she's watching the debate.

hehe - I was wondering about that too.  Thankfully(?), even though my mom's political affiliations are "in place", she's never really gotten that worked up about it either way.  And if she does hear anything that she doesn't agree with, she'll just give them a big sigh like she usually does. ;)

My DH was using the radio to listen to a Suns game, so I didn't hear any of the debate. I sat in the backyard and watched the orange moon rise, instead.

Are the 11pm and the midnight Project Runway's rebroadcasts of the same episode?

Just took a nice hot shower, which always makes me feel better.  Am awaiting a phone call to have a conversation I need to have - will the call come - anybody's guess.

We had an original Andrew Carnegie library in Mooresville - it has now been absorbed into the building next door - a savings and loan concern.

We have a new modern library a few blocks west and then a few blocks south.
