Good Evening!

I just saw my Mom.

:) :) :) :) :)

She looks great. However, they're still prepping her recovery room, but the folks down in SCICU have been making her comfortable. She was able to sit in a chair tonight while she was eating her dinner. Surprisingly, my Dad already went home. -But I'm taking that as the "all clear" in regards to my Mom's recovery at this point and time. :)

DR Jose, that's wonderful! Throw out everything that will be bad for her and explain to your dad why before she's released.

I finally heard from the Institute.  The CEO is only in on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, so she signed off on everything yesterday. Payment should land tomorrow. We'll see.

*Now I just need to double-team with the nurse to make sure my Mom follows the Bland Diet she's supposed to follow the next couple of months. That or just "hide" the two gallon-size containers of soy sauce (and it's not the low sodium stuff) that are in the cupboard. ;)

You, too, DR George, and all of you other well wishers.

DR MBarnum, I believe my physical therapist Gurjeet is a friend of Dorothy's. When you come to visit, I shall sprain your wrist so you can have some physical therapy. Or break your neck.

HUSH HUSH SWEET CHARLOTTE - I know it isn't really a horror film, but when the dead Joseph Cotton was standing at the top of the stairs, I almost peed my drawers.

I still think it is a scary movie.

IF you and I had been in that Factory on the same tour, I'd have kept you out of trouble (and harm's way).

Sure you would have Ron, if you hadn't fallen in the chocolate river!

Arentcha gonna follow your mom's bland diet as a morale booster for her?

I guess I'll shower and attempt to make an appearance at the event.  I won't be there long, that's for sure, since I won't really be able to talk to anyone.

When I went to preview my previous post, when I hit Preview, everything paused, but I got a little message at the top saying, "Fetching Preview."  For a moment I thought some queen was reviewing my posts.

No, I am still thinking about it.  But I may have thought my way right out of the part.
