I was going to post this yesterday, but the day was locked before I finished. And I hadn't read the notes yet! But I actually was going to post that I had just had some cheese-filled ravioli that I boiled and sprinkled with some Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. It was all quite delish. I love cheese-filled ravioli!

When my sister, niece and I went to Oregon to visit our cousins at the beginning of the month, we stopped on the way back in Portland and ate at this restaurant where my sister had ordered some butternut squash ravioli. They were pretty big and she couldn't eat them all. Anyway, I had what she couldn't eat and they were VERY good. I'd never had any before but I probably will the next time I see them.
