I like General Tsao's chicken.....the Chinese Food, not the animal.

I love love love this. Although i've noticed it is made differently at almost every place!

While I eat lunch today, I'll finally get around to last Sunday's episode of DEXTER. I can't believe it's taken me all week to watch it as it's gearing up for the season's final few episodes.

I haven't watched it yet either. Although i only get the recording a few days later.

I guess there are 3 more shows to go after this one!

Saturday morning greetings!  The slide-viewing party at my mom's was twice as long as we'd planned and I didn't get home until after 11 last night.  Many memories shared - laughter and tears - and I now have about 75 slides that I need to digitize.  Anyone know how to do that?

Thank you DRs Cilla, td, Arnold, elmore, Jennifer & Matt H.

Yes, I'm very excited.  They are very happy.

As for the legalities, they never want to be apart for a long stretch again.  The first step in making that happen is not waiting for their dream wedding in Greece.

Well, DR Ginny, I've never used it myself, but here's one way...

Glad that the family gathering was so wonderful!   :)

Spent the morning cleaning out the DH's aunt's place.  Lots of old family photographs to be distributed...

Thanks, DR Singdaw.  My sister was talking about that kind of gizmo, but I'd need one that works with Mac OS X.  Surely, there's a counterpart...

TOTD -

For Thai food, I am partial to the classic Pad Thai, which I have had several different places and it's always tasty.  There's a place here in Tacoma called Thai Go (it's a chain, I believe) that not only makes wonderful pad thai, but also Pad Kee Mao that I loooove.  When I was in college I ate there once a week, at least.
Also in Tacoma is my favorite Chinese (Well, American Chinese) food of all time, found at a place called Happy Dragon.  It is their orange chicken.  The orange sauce is rich and dark and there are actual bits of orange peel that help flavor it.  The chicken is fresh and crisply fried..mmm..so good.  I usually have that with some rice, and a small cup of their wonton soup and it's the best meal ever.

Now I want Chinese food...or Thai...

I must lead a very sheltered life.   I have never had the opportunity to sample pad thai.

DR Ginny, this one says it is Mac compatible.  Probably best to vet it properly, though...

As for Thai food, I have never met a Thai dish I didn't like.

Back from the fitness center - did six miles in forty-five minutes and I feel good.  I've already showered and am going to try and do as many diagrams as possible in the next half-hour.

Although not mentions in the TOD, I do love Korean food as well...there is a Korean restaurant in Van Nuys that I try to get to each time I am in Los Angeles. They serve very large portions.... I had no idea what I was eating! I just know it was all good.

Well, my bed clothes are beginning to smell like dog, so I guess it is time to start some laundry.

I just found out that an actor that I worked with in Montreal was in Mumbai and was shot three times. He is recovering, so I would like everyone to send good healing vibes to Michael Rudder.  Thank you.
