Not to worry Danise, Freddy has come home, but I will send out get well vibes to you and vibes to George's cat!

Oh, I must have misread.  I thought Freddy was still MIA.  I'm glad he is home and I do wish DR George's Dear Kitty the vibes he needs! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And now that I've caught up, I must leave.  I'm at my sister's house, you know.  I think we're going to watch "The Christmas Story" and have some food.  Then, I'll go home to my cat, give her another antibiotic and start the lotion treatment.

Have a good rest of the day, all!!

Jane, I am so glad that you could celebrate the holiday season with both your sons at home, plus a new daughter and a daugther to be, as well.

I had to stop because I ran out of Scotch tape.  I took that as sign from above.  What's done is done; what isn't done isn't.

Now I'm off to pick up my former mother-in-law for dinner.

I just got home from the mountains, visiting my father. We had a BIG present for him! He has been dictating his memoirs (while he still has his memory!) to his wife. I scanned about a hundred pictures, and my brother-in-law did a wonderful layout and through an internet service, we were able to "publish" his memoirs, and it turned out beautifully. Best of all, my brother, who has been alienated from the family for many years (not his fault!) went to the mountains with us, and had a little bonding time with my dad. It was a great experience, and I was completely amazed by how beautiful this turned out.

Lee enjoyed making the book so much that he is thinking about starting a business doing this. Kind of like a personal documentary in book form. I think everyone should have a book like this, and it would be a great present for anyone hitting a millstone birthday or anniversary. My brother is ensconced on the sofa right now reading it!

I'm cooking a Christmas brunch here tomorrow morning and then going to Greg's family's house in the afternoon, so I won't be able to catch up until tomorrow night, but just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. (I sure could use some bk spaghetti right now!)

Oy.  Back from the treacherous drive to and from church for Christmas Eve services.  Thankfully the Minister cancelled the late service.  Roads are already icy.
