Just finished watching RIGHTEOUS KILL with DeNiro and Pacino.

I think that the reviews were too hard on this picture.

Certainly it's no classic, but it's definitely not a dog.

I guess that when these two actors get together, people expect another GODFATHER.  Or, at the very least, another HEAT.

The movie is definitely not in the same league as either of those pictures, but it holds your interest and it's better than a lot of the junk I've seen in the last few months.

Tonight, I had dinner at Budd Bay Café with the family.  I started off with mozzarella sticks and some kind of flavored marinara sauce (I don't remember what else was in it) that was very good.  I also had diet Coke (I think it was Coke) to drink. :)

I then had a Caesar salad with sourdough rolls.  For the main course, I had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.  This is about half-eaten (and what I brought home)...there was a lot:



It may not look good, but it sure tasted good. :D

And for dessert (no one else had dessert, just bites of mine), I had the mile high chocolate cake.  Here it is, partially eaten:



It was all very good.  Afterwards, we went to my sister's house for a while and now, I'm safe and sound at home. ;D

TWO FOR THE ROAD was better than I remembered it......

And Mr Finney certainly looked dapper in and out of his Hardy Amies wardrobe.  Ms Hepburn was as always lovely.....somehow she manages to look contemporary even in the most dated clothes.
