I did watch Monday's AS THE WORLD TURNS for the momentous biblical coupling of Luke and Noah (done off camera, however). Now that all that angst is behind them, I'm curious to see what stories they come up with for the couple.

I thought one of them married a woman some time ago. Whatever became of that?

I guess I need to jump off-line now and get some thoughts written down about that movie and its bonus features.

I'm back from a quick walk across the street to the Lake....whereupon I saw a  raft of ducks.

I looked up in hopes of seeing an exaltation of larks, but, alas, 'twasn't to be.  There were several skeins of geese on the opposite shore, however, so I contented myself with the status quo.

On my return, a homeless man greeted me with a squall of farts.

How very rude, too.

Indiana investment counselor under investigation flew his private plane south this morning, jumped out with his parachute and disappeared in Alabama....where he had stashed a motorcycle in a storage unit.

Lauren has come and gone, I've been to the mail place (nothing at all - very annoying), and I've finished the chapter I was on, as well as doing a little fixing of what I'd written yesterday.  I'll start the new chapter in about thirty minutes.

The call to the airport about the "imploding windshield" on his airplane and the pile of clothes in the storage shed and the missing motorcycle.....well....

And now for something completely different...did anyone see THIS article about Joseph Brooks, the guy who wrote the song "You Light Up My Life" and the musical In My Life??

I went off to get another can in and fell asleep for a couple of hours again.  When I woke up my throat was very sore and my voice is the worse its been so far.   They did warn me that the cumalative effects of the continued radiation would continue to mount up, I guess this is what they were talking about.
