I'm soooo confused - if someone says they're leaving from a job, and everyone else relies on that, what right does that perosn have to hold on to his or her position?

I'll tell you at around 1 p.m. on January 20.  ;)

About the "piddle", you can probably get those stains out with a little "Resolve."  Just spray some on, "twiddle" a soft brush over the stain and voila!

OK... Time for me to finish getting ready here for my trip up north. I was able to arrange to have dinner with a dear, dear friend from high school tonight - I am soooo excited about that.  And then after that, I shall be heading to Good Stuff Eatery in DC for a "Top Chef" viewing and Twittering session with Spike from Season 4 of "Top Chef". Good Stuff Eatery is Spike's new burger joint.  *And I find it very interesting that Richard Blais - who may be familiar to DR Edisaurus - also opened a burger joint, "Flip", in his old stomping grounds of Atlanta post-"Top Chef", and he's currently scouting for a second location.

That's very close to us! We will have to put it on our agenda!

As every well-catechised person knows, since that unfortunate Eden event, man has a tendency to make self-assertion primary.

It's difficult to write parodies ever since they permanently took down that Russian musical theatre lyrics website.

Try this MUSICALS - LYRICS

What's the difference between a viola and a coffin?
The coffin has the dead person on the inside.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What do you do with a dead violist?
Move him back a desk.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's the difference between a viola and a trampoline?
You take your shoes off to jump on a trampoline.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's the difference between a viola and an onion?
No one cries when you cut up a viola.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's the definition of a minor second?
Two violists playing in unison.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's the definiton of "perfect pitch?"
Throwing a viola into a dumpster without hitting the rim.

What's the difference between a dead snake in the road and a dead violist in the road?

There are skid marks in front of the snake.

How do you write a tremolo for a viola?

Write a whole note and mark it "solo."

For BK

I noticed you are considering LACC as a venue for TFNM.

To much of the public, LACC=My Tax Dollars; have you considered the onslaught of Righteous Indignation from many of the Church Groups at the idea of their educational tax dollars supporting Porn, regardless of how tastefully presented?

Sometimes an over-reach of freedom of artistic expression results in a backlash that results in diminished support for the sponsoring organization.

I think our DR MattH will be very happy about today's AS THE WORLD TURNS today. What is it with soaps, though? Don't these people have lives from before the episodes they can refer to or jobs they can actually work at or do they exist merely as puppets for the idiotic whims of the soap writers? Duh! What am I thinking?

And they are replaying the last 3 episodes of LOST before the premiere. i am definitely going to record this because truthfully without looking it up i have no idea what happened at the end of last season.

Since I reviewed the Blu-ray edition of Season 4 last month, I won't need to watch this, but if I hadn't, I would definitely have needed a refresher on all of the events squeezed into those last three hours of last season. When I watched it for review purposes, I couldn't believe how much I had forgotten.

I will watch it although televisionwithoutpity has really detailed recaps. So i could have done that too.

The question that is begged here is whether this re-airing will also feature the wonderful pop-up factoids that tie all the seasons together.

That's a good question.

The other reruns always had pop-ups. But i have not seen any promos saying they would do the pop-ups this time. But i hope they do.

Well, that looks like it will work!

Thank yee, DR der Brucer!

Parodies are here again!
The scans of songs are clear again.
So let's rip Sondheim a new rear again.
