I watched last night's LEVERAGE while I cooked and ate lunch. Good, tension-filled episode. Always a fun episode when you have a caper on a plane. There are only so many places you can go.

I spent the rest of the afternoon with ANY GIVEN SUNDAY. It is enjoyable if, like so many Oliver Stone movies, too busy and too filled with ideas to be contained in one movie. There must be something like six different plots being told.

Blu-ray doesn't do this film any favors with the picture all over the place from sharp and spectacular to oversaturated and hard to watch to soft and indistinct. Like the story, the film is just always going in so many directions as to quality control.
