And the word of the day is: AGGLOMERATE!

And The Song Of The Day Is:  BALLIN' THE JACK

That's my favorite song of all time.

I think I shall wear PALAZZO PANTS and a Bolero jacket with Trampunto Quilting!  I think Paillettes would be a bit much today.

Good morning, all! I wondered what my friend Montego was up to these days. Thank you, DR George! If the LoC ever gets it together and this restoration/concert/recording of LIFE BEGINS AT 8:40 occurs, she will hopefully be involved.

I think I'll run up to Columbia first thing this morning and check the Moross Colection. Time Warner Cable has announced a change in something involving the internet and so I'm getting a new modem this afternoon between 2 and 6 pm. I have no idea what it all means.

And so to work.

My Pollock is continuing to paint itself even though I took my brush off the canvas.  I'll have to wait until it's done before I can post a copy of it.

I have a feeling that Swedish Chef Hat could have quite the adventure anywhere Swedish Chef Hat goes.

"Wild One" Singer Bobby Rydell Marries
Bobby Rydell has a new bride. "The Philadelphia Inquirer" notes that the one-time teen idol tied the knot with cardiac sonographer Linda Hoffman in a ceremony in Las Vegas on January 17th. Rydell's drummer and musical director, David Kovnat, served as the best man. Frankie Avalon was among those who attended the wedding, along with a different Linda Hoffman. It turns out that the new Mrs. Rydell has the same name as the woman who started the "Wild One" singer's fan club nearly 50 years ago. Rydell notes that when he learned a friend wanted to set him up with a Linda Hoffman he was hesitant, thinking she was his fan club president. But that Linda Hoffman, who started the Bobby Rydell Fan Club back in 1960, has been married for the past 38 years. This was the second trip down the aisle for Rydell. His first wife, Camille, died in September 2003, just three weeks before their 35th anniversary.

This was interesting, thank you.

Good morning!

It rained overnight and we're supposed to have rain all day, but it's looking awfully bright outside right now for any more rain to be in the offing. We'll see. Not very cold either.

I had completely forgotten about a box of Paramount review discs I received late last week. They're part of the "I Love the '80s" promotion that the studio had success with last spring. Since these are just rehashes of previously released discs with no new bonus material, I usually just pick one disc from the pile to review. So, I have chosen TOP SECRET! from the five they sent me, and I'll be working on it this afternoon.

That will push my work on DAVE'S WORLD back to tomorrow to then be followed by FRIDAY THE 13th 3-D.
