Jane, I do still take the pain meds through the tube but they dull teh pain they dontl completely eradicate it, and then when I am waiting for the next dose soemtimes things get bad.  I fI have been sick then it doesn't matter what meds I had taken as that is so irritating to my throat

I hope they aren't making you sick. :(
Have you asked if there is an additional anti-nausea medication that can be taken with the pain meds?  Have you tried Ativan (lorazepam)?  I'm going to email you more about it.

I couldn't wait to get over here today.  One of the headlines at AOL today said, "BK INTRODUCES NEW MENU ITEM."  I am really exicted to find out what it is.

Ok, let's try this again.   Edith has heard me speak about HHW and the group. Since it's just the two of us at the office, I spend more time with her than any one else.   She was very touched that people she doesn't know were sending her best wishes.

Chris, Edith and the magistrate

Sharon (works with Chris) Chris, Edith and me.  I know it's not very good of everyone else, but I'm in the shot, so...

Yes it was nice.  We went to lunch afterward at Red Lobster.  I haven't been there in ages and it was actually quite good.  They are very happy and it was nice to be able to get to know Chris. He's a nice guy.  I am very glad I took my camera as they only had a tiny little digital that wouldn't have been too good.  I'll pick out a couple and frame them over the weekend.

Vixmom - I can only add my own vibes and good wishes to what everyone else has already said.  You are a very special lady, and you need never apologize for complaining or feeling sorry for yourself.

Have we been getting long distance information from Memphis Tennessee?  I hope the phone boy is not writing DR Jose's number on the wall.

A bit more recent than the Chuck Berry song I alluded to RD WAD
