I'm so tired!  Maya's a ball of energy and joy, and all I want to do is sleep!

Tomorrow's my wild and crazy outing with der Brucer and SWW.  I assure you that this weekend will involve lots of photos of my hot nerd glasses (They make me fall asleep...I'm used to having little pieces of plastic forcing my eyes open.  Gotta love contacts!).

derBrucer and SWW make you fall asleep?

I just (sort of) watched WONDERFALLS. It's very weird and very good.

Dang, I'd meant to watch that tonight, but just forgot.  Glad to hear it's worthwhile... will try to catch it next week.

Wussburger, indeed!  We could teach that girl a thing or two about late-night fun, Maya!  Wait... that sounded bad... well, not that bad... ;)

Son!  Control your hormones.  Since they are 3,000 miles away from you; you are just going to go blind.

My college theater school friend, Sue, is coming to LA from Toronto next week. (When I first met her, she was playing the Girl in THE FANTASTICKS.) Maybe we'll have a pajama party. She's a high school principal who just spent the last week in court, accused of being a racist because she suspended a student who stabbed another student. She needs a holiday. She needs a pajama party.

Of course, and 1+1=5

People just confuse me so at times.

Jed IS nefarious, can there be any doubt.  Jenny Wussburgered out, Maya has gone with the wind.  I've just come back from a very long walk along Ventura Blvd.  Always amusing to see the young singles out trying to score with each other at the various pickup joints along the way.  One overhears parts of conversations and one can only say that many young people are incredibly boring and stupid.  That, of course, has always been the case, but it seems worse now.  And the smoking.  Such idiocy.

So did I.  It was on Fox, I think.  They have a habit of rerunning premiers of shows during other days of the week so maybe we'll be able to catch up on it.

I don't have pajamas, so I have to opt out of the pj party.

Geez, I leave for a little while to do some web searching for my father, and I come back to find us in Lullsville, man.  The party's over already?  Hmm... maybe I'll throw Bells Are Ringing in the VCR.

No pajamas?  Sounds like even more of a party! ;)

Hope you found your father Jed. I thought he was in Tacoma.

Alright, let me amend that to "web searching as a favor for my father."  Rather, that guy who's always claimed to be my father before I came across TCB here...

BK, "You're never alone...when you're at HHW!"  (How's that for an advertising slogan?) ;D

I got back a couple of hours ago from seeing (ushering for) Reno here in Olympia.  She's a one-woman talking dynamo.  She started her show at about 7:35 and didn't stop talking AT ALL until about 9:15!  NON-STOP!  She was amazing.  It was a stream-of-consciousness-like performance of what she felt/experienced on 9/11 and afterwards.  I can't even describe it.  If you get a chance to see her perform, I highly recommend it.  She performed in the Stage II (a.k.a. The Black Box) at The Washington Center for the Performing Arts which holds about 120 people.  Only 65 tickets were sold (I actually took and counted tickets at the door) but the audience got it.  They (we) liked her and her show a lot.  Now it's bed time.
