Accuweather says 0% chance of rain and 90 degrees.

Good butterfly weather.

I ended up working  until 2:30 again yesterday.  Then I came home and had  tunafish on rye bread (no crusts) for lunch.

I rested on the counch for about an hour and tehn I went to the supermarket to do some light shopping and stopped by Blockbuster to return a couple of DVDs and pick up some new ones.

One of the DVDs I got was MILK - which I watched last night.

I was so moved by this movie and Sean Penn's performance.

The simple life is pretty good, Vixmom?

I was thinking yesterday afternoon that I would really like to keep up this part time working - it is so nice running errands in the afternoon and not having to deal with rush hour traffic!

All right I really better go or I will have to go to work either without breakfast, which I won't like or without a shower, which my co-workers won't like!

I can't view this from my office network, so I can't vouch for it, but HERE is supposedly the West Side Story Vanity Fair photo shoot.  With models, not the current revival cast.

And the word of the day is: EYAS!

I always liked it on the Jack Benny Show when Frank Nelson would pop from behind a sales counter and say, "Eyaaaaaaaas?"

Ok, maybe not.

I liked them both but the second one made me have to go to the bathroom.

Not just models but a couple of names are in that shoot--Jello J-Lo, Chris Evans, that kid who plays the vampire boy in TWILIGHT...

Good morning, all! I have a trek down to Toyland this morning to assemble the new lamp and to upack the filing cabinet that arrived yesterday. I will hopefully have a short meeting with my friend Curtis on his report draft and the status of things. After that, back here for work on Mr Raines' orchestrations.

Looks like it's all based on movie stills and not the stage production. What would the evil Arthur say?

DR CP - QUICKSILVER is written in a florid style - and there are boring stretches - but the theatre "types" are all there and still recognizable.....and some of the feelings expressed about acting, directing, and other aspects of the theatre are certainly still valid.

There is of course also the guessing game of who is who....Orson Welles, Basil Rathbone, and Tyrone Power were all along on that tour.

I read it in a day - it is of its time and place - and worth a day's reading.

I'm a very happy man.  I was on Amazon last night and see where the BBC's AGE OF KINGS is coming out on DVD.

That's what my husband says, so he won't go into the yard. But I think he just doesn't want to do any yardwork.

Do you have a decent NY deli in KY?

Austin's deli's are just so-so.  Nothing like Los Angeles.  And, they have no idea as to what is rye bread.

The really funny thing is that I don't really care for chili or Barbeque.

And, I'm moving to Texas.

It was a good show last night.  I wouldn't be surprised if she got an Emmy nomination.

I watched SEVEN POUNDS last night .

The movie is a bit long, but Will Smith and the rest of the cast are very good.  It certainly holds your interest.

The talked about "surprise ending" is not really much of a surprise, since most viewers will anticipate it by the movie's halfway point.

Still, the picture is worth a look.

True, but they don't serve bats in restaurants, do they?
