The doctor decided I looked like I was on the mend but wanted some blood work done.  He did an in house strep test and decided I am strep free.   He also wants me to meet with a nutritioist.

 It was  beautiful day and my doctor is on a pretty main street with lots of interestingl little stores so I wandered around for an hour or so and then went to the lab and had my blood work done.

Then I made the appointment with  the nutritionist for next week.

I came home and visited witheh Vixter for a few momnet s when she was invited to a friend's house for dinner - so I drove her over and went to the local diner to see if I could get some seafood bisque.

I could!  So I sat at the counter and ate my soup. It was very nice and I finished the whole cupful ( a first for me these days)

I bought another cup  "to go" and brought it home for "later"

You can't say that word out loud here, either, DD Dixie Bell goes and sits by the fridge if you do.
(Also, 9 pm is the official "cheese time" - it started when she was a pup and I went to work for 10pm - and if you forget, she reminds you.  She has an awesome biological clock).

I had a relatively light day. DF&H#2 and I went out to lunch, then did errands. I really do dislike (that's a euphemism) LA traffic. Ugh!

Jane, DF&H#2's rash looks just awful, but he has faith in his doctors and I do not wish to interject any negatives, particularly when the medication he was given may help. I truly hope it does.
