Arnold M. Brockman, I've only looked at the first Godfather movie on Blu and it looks okay - I'm not as much of a fan of this "restoration" as others are - it still doesn't look like it's from first generation elements to me.  I'm looking forward to checking out GFII, which is, as far as I know, direct from the good-condition camera neg.

Good afternoon, I was seminared out and realized I hadn't been outside (other than a quick peek at the pool) since Wednesday! So I walked to Harrah's and got on the monorail which I took to the Sahara and then walked back down the strip to the Palazzo.  It's only about 1 1/2 - 2 miles, but it really felt good to get outside.

I had 2 comp tickets to Madam Toussad's that I got for going to the spa, so I decided to go.  I used one ticket and gave the other to someone in line behind me.   It was a woman with two teenagers. I figured since it's $25 per person she could use the help. She seemed very pleased to get the comp ticket.   It was ok, but I don't think it's worth paying full price.  Free, it was worth it.

Let's see, I shopped, went to a buffet for brunch, did some shopping and am now in the room relaxing before getting ready to go to Phantom tonight.

Very glad I decided to just play today and go where the day takes me.  I was really tired and I'm feeling a bit rejuvinated.

I've really enjoyed Las Vegas and that sort of surprises me.  I'd like it better if I didn't have to go through the casinos.  I left a little money in the slot machines this morning, but I should have known better.  I'm no gambler and would like it better if there were no casinos or if they were out of the way, but I understand that's where the money comes from here

I  bought some Beef heart last night at the grocery store because it was quite inexpensive. I have been trying to find an easy recipe to use for the crock pot. So far everything seems to require ingredients I don't have and really don't want to have to purchase. Oh, well.

Last night, I got my new monitor attached to my new computer and was able to actually go on the Internet!  I still need to transfer my e-mail files to my new computer (and some other things), but I think that I'll need help with that.  But otherwise, it seems to work well!

I also still need to find my printer installation disc :-\ I thought that I had it on the shelf right behind where I sit at my computer, but I couldn't find it.  I might be able to download the info, but I'll have to do some more searching.

Well...I've done my time at work and now it's time to do my time at my sister's. ::)

She needs me to help set up her entertainment center...attaching it to the wall so that it doesn't fall during an earthquake and reattaching all the wires to all the componants.  That's going to be soooooooo much fun. :P

But, I must.  ;)

So, I'll be back later tonight.

Did I ever send you the recording of your book reading and singing of Stage Fright at the Drama Book Shop?

Hi DAW!  How is HHW's best-looking gay married man?  Well, probably the only unless Matthew and his partner took the plunge; or maybe Fred and Skip took a trip to New England?

Either this gal can't spell, or she has a gross fetish.  Neither option is particularly flattering.

I'm OK, DR TCB.  I'm kind of out of energy this evening.  Just feel like plopping.

Tomorrow will be busy with singing two services in the morning, then an end-of-the-year choir party, and then the HHW Tony festivities.

Listened to 2 hours of Ray Charles, (love the genius loves company duet cd), and this morning when I woke up listened to both Guy Haines cd's.   So I feel pretty cheerful.

I liked Dixie Carter's video.  It probably really works.  I don't think my neighbors would like it, my voice can be really loud.

Read today's posts.  Thank you for the vibes.   I talked to my friends in Ventura, her grandmother is 92 and his mother is 93, they are both going through the same thing so I got advise on what to do.
