I have never heard of chocolate Skittles.  I don't usually care for the fruit-flavored ones, but I think I'll have to try the chocolate Skittles. :D

Is "Gambit" a caper film?  If it is, I'd pick that...since it's the first movie that I can think of.

According to IMDb:  MICHAEL CAINE was hot after appearing in THE IPCRESS FILE and SHIRLEY MacLAINE grabbed him for her leading man in GAMBIT. It's a highly entertaining and very clever crime caper and is Caine's first American film....

It's a caper film. :)

I'll leave it to DAW to post a picture of a caper.

DR td re-posted this clip of Dorothy Loudon singing "Fifty Percent" over at Facebook.  It seems that the Tonys have have ongoing sound problems for years.    :-\    But that doesn't detract too much from her fabulous performance.

I have to go to the Post Office this morning and mail a package to Wales. It looks like the rain may return to New York. There was no rain that I could see yesterday (of course I slept most of the day) and later in the day the sun even peeked out.

Anthony went to the Library earlier in the week and took out a few DVDs, one of which, Sabrina, we had never seen. It seems our Library may be trading in the gray market arena. Not that I'm going to turn them in, what with budget cuts and theft and other problems, it's difficult enough to keep the library running. Sabrina came from China. All references to Paramount were gone. There were no extras. All the menus were in Chinese and when you looked closely at the back of the DVD case it said that in very small print. The movie was in English. There was nothing but the movie, no FBI warning, no closing credits, no extras, etc.

THE CAPER FILM

Etymology

The verb to caper means to leap in a frolicsome way and probably derives from capriole, which derives from the Latin for goat (note: Capra (genus)). The noun caper, means a frolicsome leap, a capricious escapade or an illegal or questionable act.
