Hello, everyone.

I slept late, though I don't know how, even the noise from the garbage trucks. Must have been really tired.

Maybe she's graduated to playing the back half of Rosinante.

Having seen her Aldonza, she's not good enough for the horse's role.

My current collectin obsession is Bollywood movie press books. I have a huge amount and am still getting more...from the 1920s to current.

Last night we watched the beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in THE LAST LEGION, also with Colin Firth & Ben Kingsley.  We both enjoyed it very, very much.

I wish that last night I had been watching the beautiful Ahmed Butt.

LOL.

Keith truly enjoyed watching the beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.  Lucky for me Colin Firth looked pretty good in the film.  I must admit Keith had the better viewing.  During her fight scenes you could see the dancer she is.

Why do I collect?

You ask me why I collect?

Sigh.

I wish I knew.

My mom thinks it's a sickness.

I think it's just wanting to have something tangible that's associated with films I love, be it a soundtrack LP, CD, lobby card, still set, insert, half-sheet or one-sheet.

Sigh.

I couldn't tell you how many times I put Skip back up there. And he was still distracted.

Waiting a few months for new episodes hasn't killed any of us LOST fans, so I think bk SHOULD wait to see them in the very best quality when Season 5 comes out in December.

I am back from THE HALF BLOOD-PRINCE. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I would need to see it many more times before I can state where I would rank it with the others. There was some choppiness to the plotting this time out, and the time spent on the love lives of the three leads seems excessive with all the other murky goings-on at the school. (There was a lot in the book, too, that didn't interest me there either).

They will go in to be spayed/neutered when they weigh two pounds. They are at about 1.5 pounds now. So another couple of weeks.

Jane is doing well. She is not nearly as protective any more. Actually, she sometimes hides from them.

When that was over, I restarted the movie and watched it with the John Fricke commentary on until Hal came to get me for the movies. He was very generous to her co-stars offering mini-biographies of George Murphy and Gene Kelly, among other players in the film.

Monday morning greetings!  We were up early and on the road to the hospital by 7am for what John's wife thought would be a family/physician summit about his condition and care.  By 10am it was clear that not all the physicians were willing to participate and we were sent home.  In great need of comfort food, we came home by way of Central Pastry.

 ???

DR Jane - is your expression a reaction to the non-conference or to our stop at Central Pastry?   ;)

LOL.

Has a definite conference time been set?

The conference took place at about 4:20 this afternoon and several pivotal questions were answered.  It's still not good, but John's wife and daughters don't feel quite so "in the dark."

The eldest daughter, Rev. Amy, who lives in NW Ohio is in town for a couple of days.  She usually stays with her sister Jen, but that household has bronchitis, so Amy's staying with us this trip.  I've just prepared the guest room, with wireless internet info and chocolates on her pillow.

Back from all sorts of doings, including a lunch meeting, the bank, the mail place, and other errands.  I have typed up my four pages of notes on the long musical and sent them.  I am now FREE.

They are still very cute.  Jane has a rather regal look about her.  I think she was named for another Jane & I'm simply a coincidence ;)

I had exactly the same reaction when I watched it, DR td. When I get some time in the next few weeks, I'd like to rewatch it. (But I could say that about 1,000 DVDs and Blu-rays that I have.)
