Loved hearing about the HHW partay! Having previously attended two of these at Skip and Fred's, I am quite envious

Damn!  I must be very tired today.  I read that over, three times, and each time I read it that Mike was quite nervous.  I found that rather silly, since he hadn't even been invited.

The pastor's wife stopped by to play with kittens, and we were quite dismayed that Antonia hissed and wriggled to get away from her. She needs some work!

That's my girl!

Ah... So it was all an experiment... ::)

A Song Like That: Collaborators Reconsider Spanish Lyrics in West Side Story

Jose, about how many people show up for a CD signing like the cast of WEST SIDE STORY did?  Do you have to show up hours ahead of time?

I really do not know what and when I ate the best pie of my life...I have eaten many...

....but as far as favorite pies, well Strawberry/Rhubarb tops the list and I love any kind of berry pie.

My least favorite pie is pumpkin.

I used to have a recipe for a no-bake layered pumpkin pie...you cook the pumpkin on the stove and layer it with a whipped cream mixture.  It was the only pumpkin pie that my mom said that she liked.  She always make strawberry/rhubarb pie and everyone says that it's very good.  I have NEVER liked strawberry/rhubarb pie. :-X

T.O.D.

I think my favorite pie would have to be pizza pie.  That would be followed closely by pumpkin pie and peanut butter/chocolate pie.  Thoses would be followed by blackberry and cherry pie.  I like most types of pies, except for apple pie and mincemeat.

Best pie:  My mom's pumpkin pie

The pumpkin dessert that I make is a close second, basically because I don't have to make a crust.

Has anyone noticed the influx of commercials featuring untalented children? I keep getting commercials with kids playing soldiers, kids selling ice cream, with a dreadful pageant, and there's not a shred of talent between the little buggers! They scream or speak motonously and should all be terminated ASAP. God, they are inept.

I assure you that these children are not represented by my agent.  If they were, you would never see them in any commercial!

Elmore has a thing for hair. He is always climbing onto our necks and playing in our hair -- he did this to the pastor's wife, too.

Hair? What hair?

I love that picture!

So do I.

Until later!

RE: the TOD

On my only visit to Indianapolis, a friend took me to the most amazing restaurant (i wish i could remember the name). For dessert i had the best pie i've ever tasted. It was key lime pie. It was so good. I wish i could try that pie again.

Some good news I think as I am looking forward to this

Film Version of Musical Nine to Feature Three New Songs

three new songs by composer Yeston: “Guarda la Luna (Look at the Moon),” a lullabye sung by Sophia Loren who plays Guido's mother; “Cinema Italiano,” performed by  Kate Hudson who plays Stephanie  interviewing (For Vogue and not The Cahier De Cinema as in the play) Guido Contini; and “Take It All,” a new solo for Marion Cotillard who plays Luisia

I have not.  But I would like to.

And speaking of documentaries, the Chorus Line documentary, Every Little Step, can now be pre-ordered on Amazon.
