I did stop to watch today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. Lily and Damian were on but not the boys and not Holden. They weren't on the previews for tomorrow either.

I am looking forward to tonight's SURVIVOR premiere.  Although i won't be able to watch it at 8pm.

It's my niece Megan's 4th birthday today!

I have two more EARL episodes and then the bonus features on disc four. I did go back and pick up the deleted scenes on disc two that I had forgotten to watch last night.

Well, I must hop off-line now and get some writing done. Then I will go back down to finish MY NAME IS EARL and then enjoy some prime time TV shows tonight. Can't wait for BONES.

Back from a sandwich and fries at Jerry's.  For some reason, at prime lunch hour there was almost no one there, which is very unusual.

Picked up a couple of packages and some mail and shipped several packages, and I think that's about it for today, other than beginning the liner notes for our next release.

A day late for Ask BK, but I keep forgetting to ask--is that the Jerry's on Ventura where we met years ago?

Hello, George!
I do no wish to be encumbered
Like this, George,
With shit, George!
Your tools, George,
They're laying on the floor
And all this clutter
And my book shelves, George!
They've laid there all in vain--
Around them I must strut.
But thank you for the pain
That's building in my butt.
Yes, thank you, George, you coot...
Now, where's my suit...

That's funny!

Well, the bookshelves are secure. I could do acrobatics on them and they wouldn't fall. I'm very happy and in the midst of the tidy up. I need a nap.

Mere coincidence department?  Whilst uploading some new reviews to Blu-ray.com (a process which takes quite a bit of time due to all the 1080p screenshots), I was perusing other reviews and stumbled across a user named Haines3.

And just in case anyone else has been having issues...

AT&T's cellular and data network has been experiencing service outages in various cities nationwide over the past few hours.  Things seem to be back to normal right now, but, if you were expecting calls and didn't them, that's probably why. -Call your voicemail manually to check for any stray messages.

Finished season one of Mad Men.  The penultimate episode was the best so far, and the final episode had very good things in it.  SPOILER AHEAD:

But the Peggy "surprise"???  How could she go eight months without realizing she was not fat but pregnant - makes no sense on any level, at least for me.

BK, I have read several news articles (not recently, though) where girls really did not know that they were pregnant until they gave birth.  It's rare, but it really has happened.  Some people just didn't know what was happening to themselves.

On the flip side, I knew this one girl in high school who knew that she was pregnant, but was absolutely adamant that she never "did it."  NOBODY believe that story.

POSSIBLE SPOILER

I've read reports, stories where that has happened.  It's basically a case of deep, deep denial, and it really showed just how much there is still to learn about Peggy and her home life.

END OF POSSIBLE SPOILER

I was going to go to my local used DVD/Blu-Ray place to see if they had season two of Mad Men, but I just read some reports on the Blu-Ray that basically say no matter what player you have it takes about five minutes to actually get to the menu where you can choose the episode (forced ads and trailers seem to be the deal), and then, if you stop, you're back to square one.  I'm wondering when these companies will learn because not being able to resume where you were is, perhaps, the biggest drawback to Blu-Ray, and I'm afraid that until they fix the problem, sales will remain what they are and not grow.

Strange but true department. . .
For quite some time, I had been unable to view YouTube.  Sadness, but I got used to it.  Supposedly, it was due to a benign Trojan (intervalhehehe).
BUT, for some strange reason, I THINK it might be due to the changeover to Comcast (which has a Desktop Doctor program), as of yesterday, I have been able to access YouTube once again.  Happiness.
What I want to say is, BK, I've been enjoying every one of the WHAT IF... and TWO'S COMPANY clips!  Thank you for posting them.  (and yes, I did comment on Michelle Nicastro's "Part of Your World" clip).

Yes that IS a problem.

Tuesday night I had the first regular DVD that would not load and play on my Blu Ray player....it was an MGM Midnite Movie Double Feature.....Boris Karloff in Die Monster Die and something else.

I liked "I Love You, Man" - Mr Paul Rudd and Ms Rashida Jones and Mr Jason Segel were all very funny.

I also liked "Leatherheads" - but Renee Zellwegger has a funny way of holding her mouth that is very unattractive on TV....so I can imagine what it must look like on the BIG screen.

I only hope Renee's mouth and Adrian Brody's nose never make a movie together.

I really don't like PARKS & RECREATION and it's too bad that THE OFFICE doesn't have a better lead in.
