Evidently, DAW has moved on to stealing "F"'s.

;D

I don't have to steal them.  I can earn them on my own quite nicely, thank you.       :)

I really, really enjoyed last night's debut of "Flashforward".

And did our "Lost" fans notice the billboard in downtown LA after folks started coming to...the billboard for Oceanic Airways?

I love little touches like that.

I hate, hate, hate it when things I expect to be in the place they're "supposed" to be turn out not to be there.

And where did they go, pray?  That's what I wish to know.  Whither have they gone?

Oh, they have their ways of turning up.  Yes, indeedy.  But I always wonder how they hypnotized me into placing them where they actually were rather than placing them where they are meant to be.

It's very foggy in the Bay Area this morning.  VERY foggy.

And sleepy.  It's quite sleepy out there.

I just got a call from my brother, Mike... He's on his way to the music store to rent a trombone for John Michael!

*I wonder if he's going to splurge on a practice mute. ;)

Took Gabe to school this morning and XM was playing a wonderful live performance of Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 1, which was COMPLETELY and UTTERLY ruined by some brainless idiot hacking away repeatedly--and I mean repeatedly.  There simply was not a 10 second interval without a loud cough.  How stupid do you have to be not to just get up and leave the hall until you've stopped?  So I am now listening to a lovely studio recording of same.  :)

DR Laura you are much nicer than I am  (re: Fedex).

If they did that ONCE to me i would be on the phone to supervisors demanding that they deliver the package.

I had my last physical therapy session this morning. It went well though I felt my therapist was a little bit distracted. A new patient came in during the last 15 minutes of my session, so that may have been part of it. Anyway, from now on, I'll continue my exercises at home without reporting in to her twice a week.

They have done wonderfully well by me there, and I'm so grateful the facility was available, but I'm also deliriously happy not to have to go back (unless the symptoms recur).

Lots of new TV tonight:

ABC is rerunning FLASH FORWARD, MODERN FAMILY and COUGAR TOWN tonight to give those who missed them a second chance to see them.

Thank you.  I missed recording FLASH FORWARD & Keith recorded the 2nd half.  I'll set it to record for tonight.  Maybe I will add MODERN FAMILY.

I've waited specifically for overnight deliveries, and they've marked it unsuccessful delivery attempt.  They really don't seem to care when you call because the "mistake" wasn't their own, they'll just possibly give a credit for the cost, but never mind you were relying on getting whatever it is that day and could have had it delivered by another service.

DR Sam, I have no idea how they can charge extra rent for a pet, & a sizable amount too. DS Craig said it isn’t uncommon

I've written the last 4 bars of the dance, and all I have left are the Finale Ultimo, possibly some incidental "Magic" cues, and whatever fixes need to be made dring the band rehearsals.

I'm running off to Staples to copy the scores for Rob Berman, the wonderfulMD, and Brian Hobbs, the copyist. After that, a stop at the Corner Bakery to pick up some muffins for the music team and then to rehearsal.
