The track listing for Carol Channing's forthcoming new CD looks a bit bizarre to me:  mostly spirituals and inspirational-type numbers.      ???

NYC folks - I need some advice about a neighborhood.  How's W. 94th St., between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave?

It's a Days Inn at 215.

You can actually attract better clientele on DR elmore3003's corner.                             ;)

Should be no problem. My first apartment was 201 West 94th and the landlord was insane and jailed for putting a hit on a tenant. The neighborhood is quite good now.

That's not the fault of the neighborhood.

I know, and I'm pretty disappointed.  Richard and I were kind of intrigued about staying away from Times Square.

Well, Rob is home from the football game, where John's wife, all 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and nephew (Rob) were in attendance.  No commemoration took place during half-time and I bet my sister-in-law is ticked.

HAd some excellent viewing experiences this evening.

I began with PROJECT RUNWAY. I was surprised with the winner but not disappointed. I might have gone another way with the choice, but it was certainly one of the better designs by this particular designer.

No question about who should have gone home, but it just goes to show the luck of the draw is sometimes everything in these competitions. The person who went home was NOT untalented, but this particular assignment went awry.

This is my favorite cat video:

It is the weaving back and forth of the camera, it makes me ill.  And that cat takes forever to creep up for the attack.

Then I watched FAST FORWARD which I REALLY enjoyed. Looks to be a fascinating puzzle for them to put together, but it certainly appeared as if they're giving themselves an end date - April 28, 2010. Maybe they plan to reset the puzzle at the end of the season or have the puzzle go off into some other direction.

DR Jennifer did you read THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE has been canceled?

I doubt she'll believe it. She doesn't think the CW pays attention to ratings.

Of course, there's the infamous example of ABC's TURN ON which was canceled in the middle of its premiere episode, so THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE didn't break any records with its two-show cancellation.

USA-HD was showing a Halloween episode of NCIS from season four tonight, and it's one of my favorite episodes, so since it was already 1/4 of the way through, I pulled the season four box set off the shelf and watched the entire episode from the second disc in the set. Such an enjoyable episode.
