Former dear reader Hisaka stopped by for a brief holiday visit, then I went and picked up - nothing. Really annoying. I did check one trackable package that's coming via Fed Ex - that one is supposedly "out on the truck for delivery" but I'm pretty sure they've already been, which means it won't get there today. Calling won't matter, because they'll use their standard "they have till six o'clock" line - it probably won't arrive by then, and then they change THAT tune and tell you sorry it will be the next day. If they'd just acknowledge screwups then trucks could be contacted and packages would be delivered. But no, for their outrageous rates why should they provide top-notch service.
