ginny what amount of popcorn do you use for 1 recipe of syrup?

DR Jane, the recipe calls for 20 cups of popped popcorn.  I've never measured, just filled the roasting pan that I inherited from my mother-in-law.  And, Keith will have to help you, because it requires some "muscle" to stir it - and tell him to wear an oven mitt, that caramel is HOT when it touches your skin!

THAT'S A LOT OF CARMEL CORN!  I didn't realize there was that much sauce.  i would only make a small amount-major down sizing of the recipe needed here-lol

Chopping, slicing, dicing, and mincing is all done.  Well, I'm still mincing but, you know, that's just the way it is when you listen to Whoop Up.

BK, I don't recall if I mentioned the Kritzerland T-shirt's arrival, but it did indeed arrive and I shall wear it proudly!

We're still waiting for the blizzard to begin.  They've been talking about it for so many days that it doesn't seem like it's really going to happen.  Anyway, this is a before the next wave that is supposed to be another 12" of snow and 45 mph winds

Here's where I am

It was nice and sunny here today.  Still lots of snow mounded up along the edge of the sidewalks, and some corners remain quite slushy and difficult to cross.  But on the whole, the sidewalks are all clear and it's nice to just walk around for awhile.

And I will now get the only truly mystfiying personal interaction of the year out of my head for at least  day or so, and embrace the joy of  the season.

DR Cillaliz - Thank You for the Snow Angel. I would attempt one here in the front yard of my parents' house, but the snow is now covered in a sheet of ice, and no one likes a shattered angel.

lol, we wouldn't want a shattered jose angel.

I think it is too late to avoid that.

DRs, Ben Baglay's "E Y Harburg Revisited": does anyone know if it was released on CD? I thought I had all of Ben's "revisited" on CD but I do not have this one and I need it.

Thanks!

Ron, there's one house on our street with outside lights. It's not mine.

But yours is the one with indoor plumbing.
