Good morning, all! I was up at 6:30 since I want to be at Toyland bright and early, around 8:30. I've got some work to do as well as some preparation for Tuesday when I tackle edits with my friend Skip Kennon, who is stepping in as co-editor on BABES IN TOYLAND, Vol. 2, and THE LADY OF THE SLIPPER. My original colleague dropped out of the project around this time in 2008 to become musical director for second-rate British Sondheim revivals, SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, which I thought inferior in casting to the original, and now A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC.
After I return from Toyland, I've got two more cartons to pack with books, and I know which ones are heading to Ohio.
My next post will be from Toyland.
