I think the one thing that may turn off some potential DRs - if they happen to lurk to check things out - are the posts which talk badly about friends, former-friends, co-workers and colleagues. While some of that "sharing" may be "dishy" to us, to someone not familiar with us, it may come across as negative, vengeful, petty and hostile. -Who would want to jump into that fray?
bk - Frankly, the "I'm working with idiots" tone of some of the posts where you talk about the creators of the "long musical" can be off-putting at times. I know you're trying to be "constructive" with them, but to someone who may be lurking and skimming the posts, checking things out, it may come across as "destructive".
Having a glimpse into the creative process is always, for lack of a better word, is a cool thing. But some aspects of the process may be better shared after the fact.
This site is about YOU. We know you. We know your tone. They don't.
