I have arrived in Indiana, where the weather is quite warm and nice.  I cabbed it to the hotel and I am now ensconced in a really nice room - this room in NY would probably cost about $350 - here it's under 100.  I'm gonna go downstairs and have a bite to eat, since all I had earlier was a paper egg, paper potatoes (tiny), fruit, tiny piece of ham, and a biscuit.  I'm ready for something a little more real.

The insurance company has now decided that I am 100% responsible for the accident last Friday.

When you were parked?  How can that possibly be?  Hire an attorney!

I don't understand how someone rushing behind someone who is backing out can't be held at least partly responsible.

Oy, what a morning of complications.  Traffic was a nightmare.  Even getting off the freeway alleviated none of the problems.  Then I went to Borders to utilize the 40% off coupon and a gift card I had, and unfortunately I got a braindead clerk (sorry, TD) who completely messed up the order.  I was there for almost 45 minutes.

Don't blame me, blame Jose!

:(  I was afraid of that since you were backing out, not that you had gone far or were at fault.

Some Good News!  It looks like Jed and Ann may be able to attend the performance of THE BRAIN FROM PLANET X on May 7.  If they can find a sitter for Toby.

I rarely back out of spaces any more; I find a parking spot where I can pull through so I can drive straight out.

Well, it's time for rehearsal.  We're actually going to rehearse in the clubhouse of my condo complex!  Another cast member lives there also, so we're able to rent the space...it's cheap, but TAO does have to pay.

Until later!

Maybe Lulu's not back in town.  I hope she gets here soon, because I'm really tired.  The bar, of course, will be closed but we can sit at a table and chat.

I do my best to do that, especially now.  Years ago, thanks to a friend, I got in the habit of backing in when possible.  You just have to be careful there aren't signs saying you can't back in.  We got a ticket one raining night when Keith did that.
