We had a celebrity showing at Jerry's Deli when Mr. Robert Morse showed up with some friends.

Do you know Robert Morse, BK?

I've met him a couple of times, but, no, I don't really know him.

I am getting, at the rate of one every three minutes, some e-mail from oprah.com asking me to watch Sherri's video.  My advice would be to nuke without opening because it's obviously a virus and you don't want to go anywhere near it.  I just nuke immediately.

In honor of the TOD, I put on Brett Barrett's Alan Jay Lerner CD in the car today and was struck once again by how good so many of the songs from "Lolita, My Love" are. "In the Broken Promise Land of Fifteen" is just stunning.

Oh Hell, Brent could sing a Jury Summons and make it art!
You're right.

Thank you all for the good wishes.

You have hit nail on head about the psychological torture, DR John G.   I haven't been able to sleep and as I am stress eater, I have gained rather then lost weight.

I come home from work some nights so stressed and tired that despite my promises to myself that I am going to work out, all I can manage is to sit on the couch for about an hour and then go to bed--only to wake up several times a night.

I wish you every success on finding a perm job.  I temped for years before I went to work for the county (since everyone knows that if you work for government, you have a job for life--right?).  Oy!

I have to tell you about little Toby.  He has been a joy and little monster.

He gets mad at you if things don't go his way and he pays you back.  He ate my new pair of shoes, dug out from under the fence while I was at work, steals treats and socks and fights with Sheena when he gets into one of his little snits.

At the same time, he is such a cutie and can be so sweet.  When I can't sleep he tries to lick my face and follows Sheena everywhere.  If she smells something, he has to smell it.  He just loves to sit with you.

I know it may have been the wrong thing to do by getting him but he makes life interesting and I'm already to in love with him to think of giving him up.

Danise, I think you deserve Toby.  After all you have been through in the last couple of years; you deserve all the love you can get.

Can Ybot do the "America" dance from "West Side Story"? Or do Camille's death scene in your arms?

DR Jennifer:  To answer a question you posted yesterday, I watched the "Glee" season finale.   I was unmoved by it.  New Directions didn't deserve to win regionals...their choreography stank up the stage.  Their vocals were so-so.  I wasn't thrilled by the other songs, either.

Ultimately, I pretty much disliked the entire finale...this despite some good dramatic moments from one Miss Sue Sylvester!

I'm trying to decide whether to go through with the refi.  I don't know why I'm hesitant, but I'm hesitant.

I did book my trip to Toronto in August.  I saved over $440 over the discount rate at the hotel by booking through Orbitz instead of through the group. Who knew!  I know it won't count for the block for the organization, but puhleese, for that much less, I really don't care

I did work a lot today.  I was reading and doing research most of the day.  Edith came back to see if I was really there.  I guess she's not used to me being so quiet

Last year in Rome, the cruise line was going to charge me $600.00 more for two nights in the same hotel that I booked.  And I was on the top floor, so there were not a lot of better rooms anywhere in the hotel.
