Yes, DotM is back. I had hoped I'd driven it away.

Now we have a new DR Larry Rosier, onboard. Is DotM changing personalities like a cameleon?

I don't know why I'm so tired - the heat, probably, and maybe the week catching up with me.  I guess I'll try to jog in about ten minutes.  That will at least perk me up.

It must be the heat, or some rare disease. Or too much to eat...or maybe it's fleas.

My favorite "want" song would be "Do Mi Do Duds" from THE 5,000 FINGERS OF DR. T.

If someone who recorded SOUTH PACIFIC on one of their electronic devices could make me a copy, that would be very nice.

Can I get on The Bandwagon, I too would LOVE a copy

Count me in!

Thanks, DR Edi!  My pace is pretty slow right now, but I'm enjoying a variety of selections on my iPod that I haven't heard in a while.

Speaking of Sherlock the poor boy is really frustrated with having to go to the vet twice a week to get the bandages on his tail change.  Since the time it hurt to have it cleaned up he is no longer happy to go there.

He could use some healing vibes.

Ask and ye shall receive:

~~~More Healing Vibes for DD Sherlock!!~~~
Thank you, Bruce, for articulating something that has been on my mind for a number of years. Shows such as South Pacific and Carousel would never be produced today. Not only don't they conform to the formula (which I believe has been codified in Aaron Frankel's book Writing the Broadway Musical), but they show far too much compassion for the human condition. As one artistic director said to me, "Today, plays need to  'out springer" Jerry Springer."
The Bandwagon is on DVD. I have it. I can lend it to you.
I love "The Band Wagon." It's one my all-time faves. I could watch the "Dancing in the Dark" sequences over and over again.
