The sky is blue - have no idea if it's chilly or warm - yesterday was really chilly.  Every day is an adventure here in the City of Studio.

As for the Topic of the Day...

Each time bk asks this question, I always have to resort to some creative searching and Googling in order to find my first post. I really should just bookmark it. -Which I now have.

It doesn't exactly explain the why of I first came here to HHW, but it does include my first post:

09/03/2002 - "OUT OF THE LOOP"

That was fun to read. Where are a lot of those folk now? Should we track them down - except maybe not for Toronto's  Mr Farret - and beg them to return?

BK, about Michelle's funeral --

I have never heard about funerals being an invitation thing. If you were notified or if you read it in the paper, you may go. If a trouble-maker is unwanted, however, the funeral director may ask said person to leave.

I agree with Laura. Face your fear and go. Knowing how you feel about her I think you will regret not going.

I agree BK, funerals are for those who loved the person who has departed (and family who may or may not be in the previous category).  You obviously cared a lot about Michelle, I say if you want to go...go.

The Brian Boitano video of 5 questions is kind of funny/gross.  He talks about spinning with a runny nose

Besides, the family has way too much to do to write out invitations. That's why the notice is put in the newspaper. You needn't feel any hesitation about going.

Oatmeal, walnuts, cinammon, cranberries and coffee.

What are five things that do not go with lime sherbet?

I was taken with how often DR Michael Shayne once posted.  Very interesting stuff, too.  He's around far too seldom, as well...but more than DR Elan.
