For the holiday, I wish I could post my Hanukka arrangement as an mp3 file, but I have no idea how to do it.

It is on this stunning Milken Archive recording, however!

Today I have to FIX a lot of the links I have posted in the last couple of days.  Somehow, no matter what show you choose, you get the program for ANNIE GET YOUR GUN or OLIVER.

Wednesday morning greetings!  Apropos to December 1, there are snow flurries in the air and a very slight dusting of snow on the rooftops this morning.  I'm going to putter and do my walk in the basement while Richard is at the historical society doing treasurer work and then we're going out shopping this afternoon.

And a Happy Hanukka to everyone celebrating it!

Isn't it really early this year? Or is it me?

Nope, it's coming out on the 25th of Kislev, just as it always does... :)

I just braved the wind and the rain to go to the market; the Oaf, who is still upstairs throwing out crap, has left the infamous sofa bed on the sidewalk to be drenched. It will never harass anyone again!

What will I be doing?

Tomorrow I will actually have off as a vacation day, though we will probably go to the grocery store for a few things.

Beginning Friday I have two weeks of the Stephen J. Falat Holiday Gift Basket Project which I've been doing for the past 12 years. We will work from December 3 to December 17 filling bags with holiday goodies (a sweater, a scarf, gloves, a shirt or top, candy and whatever else we can rustle together) for people w/AIDS or HIV.

From Saturday December 18 through January 2 I'm free of any work related obligations. We won't be traveling this year, other than out to Long Island for Christmas. We have a couple of parties to attend and I hope we will have Dear Mr. Moore over for some Christmas Cheer. Otherwise, it's destined to be a relaxing and re-charging experience.
