Listening to a potential upcoming Kritzerland release - the source tapes are a little problematic but I think we're going to try to work the problems out as it's a really great score.

I guess i didn't realize that Sargent Shriver was 95 when he died.  Of course, I am still trying to come to grips with the Kennedy Inauguration being 50 years ago!

I'm watching Harry's Law.   Ok, nothing I've seen during court is remotly allowable and there would likely be sanctions and jail time for the crazy lawyers, but that being said....I like it

I am leaving in a few minutes to go over to Stan's old house.  Mark and his girlfriend have been asking me to come over for dinner for a couple of months, but I kept putting them off.  Mark, like Stan prefers to serve dinner at 8 or 9.  I, of course, am normally asleep by that time.

This morningthe Vixter and I drove over to the college to get a text book for her  next semester - we had been able to buy the other two books she needed online  (and for cheap) but couldn't get this particular title

They had a sign up in the bookstore for a competition:

"Are you a marketing genius? How do we get students to likeTextbooks?"

My suggestion

reduce the price by 3/4    $90 for a 200 page paperback - ridiculous!!!

Then she and I went over to a costume shop and purchased a wig for her to use in her upcoming role as Marius' aunt in the high school's production of Les Miserables

I will have my appendix removed on Wednesday, February 16th. It's a good time to do it because I can take off Thursday and Friday and then have the extra Monday of President's Day as well.

DR Ben, I wish you a very speedy recovery!  They took my appendix while doing another surgery.  Not that I miss it but I was surprised because no one said they would do that beforehand.

Hmmm, is that legal?

I keep asking him to make more, only we need more potatoes first.  I can't cut a raw potato because of my shoulder or I would make my own.

You could always buy THESE.

They look yummy. :)

You can come visit Jane.  There is a really good little bar / restaurant that has Fish and Chips as their Friday special, and they are happy to switch the regular fries to sweet potato fries.

Sounds yummy, except for the breaded fish. :)

I'm glad you watched it because I was thinking of you & wondering what your reaction would be.  Still, we also liked it. :)

Did you have a nice evening?
