I have lived the majority of my life in Washington State; and yet, today had to be one of the dreariest days (weather-wise) that I can ever remember.  One of my co-workers looking out the window of her cubbicle put it best when she said it looked like a black and white photo.

There's a musical revue called Waiter, There's a Slug In My Latte (the distinctly Seattle musical) that has a song called, "Colorful Shades of Gray."  It's actually a lovely song. :)

Have you seen this show performed, George?

No, but I got the cast recording on cassette years ago through Interlibrary Loan and made a copy of it...I eventually made a CD of that.  I should still have it...if it's still in my garage.

I read that as "if it's still in my garbage"

Oh, and I will now be putting three white pink towels back into the trunk of my car.

Perhaps the YWCA would be interested in the pink towel.

Now I'm just waiting for Harry's Law.   Trying to decide if I like Piers Morgan's show.

If anyone is thinking of moving to the Seattle area , there is a cute little home for sale in Bellevue, just across the lake from Seattle.  It belongs to former Seattle SuperSonic, Detlef Schrempf.

I wish I could see the inside.  The location looks very nice.  It seems to me for the size of the home & the location it is priced low.  Of course in today's market that doesn't mean it will sell.

I thought it was rather low, also.  The inside is beautiful.

They will because of the big Y stamped on it ;D  The Y is really on the edge of the towel.  Keith won't be taking it with him just in case.

I hate to leave, Debby, because we are very seldom online at the same time, but my cat is about to turn into a pumpkin.

No, sorry they were showing the inside on the news.  It is right near the lake.

Since the rest of Long Island was either somewhere being bitterly disappointed by the Jets or just too  reluctant to goout into the cold cold weather  we had the Outback almost completely to ourselves

when they heard it was dad's birthday they treated him to a nice big piece of carrot cake
