Congrats to DR JRand on his new Sony Vaio computer.

Does anyone know how to pronounce "Vaio"? Two syllables or three? I am always confused when lots of vowels are stuck together.

Glad the cats are calm, and I hope you are, too, Cilla. I know that fear and I don't envy you one bit.

More fair weather vibes.

Good Evening!

So...

The reception was very nice. Good people. Good food. LOTS of good food...

When Michael placed the order with his caterer, he told them that he was expecting about 50 people. They told him that they had trays of food that feed 35 people. So... Michael ordered 5 trays of food. In other words, he ordered enough food for 175 people. -And that was on top of the 100s of cookies that his groom's grandmother made - AMAZINGLY delicious Italian butter cookies - and the muffalettas (Michael is from New Orleans) and dips that Michael made himself.

And what does Michael do for a living? He's a college math professor. ;)

DR Cillaliz - Glad to read that you and the cats were out of harm's way.

What a coincidence, as I am finished with my viewing also.

Just watched a fun Joan Crawford melodrama which costarred Steve Cochran and Kent Smith.
