Yes, i believe that someone has to have over 180 hours of sick leave, or 80 hours of annual. I think!

While this might limit the number of options if they have that many hours they might be more willing to donate.

That's the whole photo. It's from the end of Larry Smith's 300 mile bike ride across South Dakota. He's got Parkinson's. They are making a documentary of it. Don't know if I'll be in it from the party that day, but it's possible.

Tomorrow is no big deal for my client, but I'm letting him worry. He hasn't been taking this seriously enough. He'll get out on bond and I'm about 95% sure they'll let him go back to Arizona while the case is pending.
