Good morning, all! 5:30 came way too early to make me happy, but I am bathed and dressed and ready for my second cup of coffee. I need t be put of here early to get the newly copied opening sequence from the show copied, collated, and ready for rehearsal. Deb Lyons has asked me for a copy of the closer, "Christmas Time's A-Comin," in its performance key of D, not the lead sheet I prepared in F, so I'd like to copy that this morning as well. I need everything ready by 10AM, so I'm shortly off to work.
DR George, good news about the modem!

DR vixmom, I'm glad you made it back in one piece.

DR Jose, how are ticket sales going for the BFS shows?

BK, fantastic news about the show! "Here On Earth" is my favorite song from the show, too!

More coffee!

I actuall thought that the TOPIC OF THE DAY was going to be what is your favorite Bruce Kimmel song.

So to complete that notion I am going to list my favorite songs in no particular order

Superman Is Dead
Three Acts
No Letting Get
Circles
Hold Me Thrill Me Touch Me (Always thought it could be a big dance hit)
Falling Out Of Love
All About Men
Here On Earth
I Need An Earthman
It Doesn't Getting Easier

and the very amusing
Barry In Concert
The Hills Have Eyes Part 2
Heartbreaker
I Want To Eat Your Face
Looking Up (The Affliates Song)

and the most unusual
The Dissection of The Frog

and the ever so cute
Samantha's Song

Been so busy these last few days, but I feel like nothing's getting done - just lots of things with steps left to complete them.

I'll have to wait until the weekend to catch up, so if I've missed any occasions, i'm really sorry about that.

Thursday morning greetings!  After 2 days of running around, I get to stay home all day today and prepare a nice family dinner for Richard and our guests - Rob and Mary Linda.  She arrived in Cincinnati to stay this past weekend and we're looking forward to catching up with her.  Richard and Rob have some car and insurance business to deal with and she and I have to go to my favorite consignment shop/Vera Bradley enabler retailer to look for some furniture for their apartment.  Steak and baked potatoes for dinner!

You mean life ain't like the movies where you just tell the orchestra, "You Are My Lucky Star" in D and they play it?

After my lack of calories yesterday, I made up for it this morning by going to the Mall for a plate of scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and fried potatoes.  Only had chicken soup for lunch though.
