Maybe it's just my age but it now takes me over 5 minutes to get to the stage where I can post - and that's without reading all the day's materials or including the topic notes I read earlier. I suspect that the new format is not user friendly to "dial-up" users like myself.
It will be interesting to see the "speed" when I eventually get to use ADSL connection whcih has just been available in this somewaht rural area.

Well, I'm glad I'm not using Netscape then. Tom from Oz, I'm on a dialup and it takes me seventeen seconds. I guess not all dialups are created equal. Still, as long as you get to the posts that's all that counts.

It's not Netscape that keeps me from being successful with the highlight+button method, 'cuz I use IE. I blame my situation (as I blame most of my situations) on using a Mac. Everything can be blamed on Macs. Macs and the metric system (no offense to our metric friends).

Ahh yes, after looking at what info is on the Edit Profile page, I see that our dear BK is quite correct. Your flag appears if you enter your country in the "Member Map" section. I think you can actually enter that without placing your pin in the map, if you prefer.
